Modest much? I like how the coot turned out - so many playful details from water droplets to ruffled feathers to the texture of its feet. I bet you're grateful that I called that coot over and kept its attention for so long with my mad crazy bird-calling skills! I got an almost identical shot to the one of the child in the maze, except mine is rosier and has no ocotillo. Nice work, as usual!
Somebody else wrote that while I was away from my computer... Also, the ocotillo was the only reason why I wanted to take a picture of the maze. I liked how he was framed by the vertical lines and they (and the circles of the maze) kind of pushed you in, guiding your eyes toward the middle.
